- 200 ml cranberry juice 200毫升红莓汁
- 175 g frozen raspberries, defrosted 175克冷冻的覆盆子
- 100 ml milk 100毫升牛奶
- 200 ml natural yogurt 200毫升天然酸奶
- caster sugar, or to taste 细白砂糖
