require的用法

require接名词作宾语 。接不定式作宾语补足语 。接that从句（从句谓语动词should+动词原形，其中should可省略） 。require是动词词性，通常用于及物动词和不及物动词，有需要，要求，命令，规定，想要等含义 。也可引导宾语从句 。宾语从句是在主从复合句中充当宾语，位于及物动词、介词或复合谓语之后的从句，是名词性从句的一种 。These pets require a lot of care and attention.这些宠物需要悉心照顾 。
require的基本意思一是“需要”，二是“要求”，可用于明确表示因事物的内在必要性所引起的迫切需要或当务之急，也可用于指法律和规章制度的强制要求还可用于形势紧急的迫切性 。引申可作“规定”“想要”解 。require是及物动词，接名词、代词、动名词、动词不定式或that从句作宾语，也可接以动词不定式或that从句作直接宾语的双宾语 。
