Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp poppy seed, lightly toasted 一勺罂粟籽
  • 2 oranges, zest of both, juice 两只橙子 , 留皮 , 榨汁
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar 两勺白醋
  • 2 tsp olive oil 两勺橄榄油
  • ? tsp sesame oil 半勺芝麻油
  • 300 g smoked salmon 300克熏三文鱼
  • 85 g radishes, trimmed and finely sliced 85克萝卜 , 切细条
  • 3 spring onions, finely sliced 三只洋葱 , 切细碎
  • toasted rye or soda bread, to serve 烤过的黑麦或者苏打面包


Method
  1. Whisk together the poppy seeds, orange zest and juice, vinegar and oils with some black pepper and a pinch of salt be sparing with the salt, as smoked salmon is naturally quite salty.
